CGI Florida Completes Its First Week

Completing its first of 6 weeks, Camp Gan Israel-Florida treated their campers to a plethora of exciting programs and activities.

Led by Head Counselors Avremi Zippel and Motti Harlig, campers were introduced to just some of the many projects planned for this summer. Most notably ‘Project 200+7’, which awards campers that excel in Tefilas Shacharis with the honor of davening the following day with a Siddur used by the Rebbe. Campers also entered into an end-of-the-month raffle with a chance to win a dollar from the Rebbe.

The learning Program has also seen much success under the leadership of Rabbi Yossi Dalfin.

Other staples of camp are well under way with much enthusiasm and participation: Camp-wide Tzivos Hashem and Mishnayos Be’al Peh programs, Sports Leagues, exciting night activities – not to mention the great food prepared daily by Chef Nissan Pewnser.

On Thursday, campers were treated to a bowling trip. The atmosphere was electrifying as campers and staff bowled and danced to Jewish music.

There are 5 spots remaining for the 2nd session. For more information, please visit: www.cgiflorida.com or email Director@cgiflorida.com
