2 Yidden Involved in a Bad Accident

On the corner of Carroll and Troy two cars collided, a black Infinity G35 sedan and a silver Oldsmobile Silhouette Minivan, both driven by members of Anash. One of the cars took a red but from witness statements no one was sure who did.

Hatzalah, FDNY and FDNY EMS responded, both drivers were taken to Kings County Hospital where R. Leider of Ahavas Chessed was standing by in order to help the patients. Both drivers sustained varying injuries one serious the other light.

The impact sent both vehicles into the nearby construction yard, one of the cars making it all the way in while the other stopped on one of the poles which held the gate.

Given the proximity of Pesach no one need the extra headache of having to deal with insurance, towing cars and where to store them. Aron Hershkop of Everything Automotive [and is an advertiser on CrownHeights.info] took care of all the arrangements and had the cars towed to his shop on East New York Ave and made the arrangements for storing the cars until after Pesach.

    ATT ANON: JUST TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR, 1ST OF ALL, NO ONE KNOWS WHO TOOK THE RED. NOT EVEN THE POLICE SO THE DRIVER COULD NOT HAVE ADMITTED.
    2ND OF ALL: MAYBE IT WAS LOUD BUT NON OF THE DRIVERS WERE HURD BADLY. THEY ARE BOTH HOME NOW. ONE SPRAINED HIS HAND AND THE OTHER TWISTED HIS SHOULDER.
    (IM NOT SAYING THAT THEY DIDNT GEAT HURT IM JUST SAYING THAT THEY WERE NOT HURT BADLY)

    I live right behind this lot. After the accident my son found a pair of frameless glasses with black arms inside the construction area. they appeared in good condition and might have fallen out of someone’s pocket, or perhaps it belonged to the man in the accident. if you were there and know of anyone missing their glasses, please call me.

    VERY NICE OF HERSHKOP ARON TOO DO THAT NICE THING. HE REALLY HELPD THE PEOPLE. I HERD THE CRASH BUT I WAS THERE ALSO AND NOWBODY REALLY GUT HURTED TWO BAD BUT PEPLE SHUOLD REALLY LISEN TO UNCLE MOISHE AND STOP FOR THE RED LITE. AND ALSO TH E SHOMSRIM WERE THERE.

    refuah shelaima to both and yasher koach to my brother dovid for taking action on the situation {he was the first one there} to crime heights. think good and it will be good. think not-good and wont be good. if you compare this life im c.h. to life in other places then youll see that life is much better. if you never tasted something sour you will never know the taste of something sweet

    all this happens when people take red lights, drive fast. would’nt you want to take an extra minute by waiting for the light, then ending up in the hoospital!

    this is a lesson to evreyone, dont wait till your laying in your hospital bed R”l till you learn your lesson!
