Serious Accident Traps Passengers on Eastern Parkway

BROOKLYN, NY [CHI] – Three people were injured in a single car accident on Eastern Parkway and St. Johns Place in Brownsville. The car, a Cadillac STS with three passengers, was observed speeding when it jumped a curb, clipped a light pole causing the car to flip and land on its roof.

Three older passengers were all trapped inside the vehicle, and firefighters had to use the jaws of life in getting the doors open in order to extricate them, and they were rushed to local hospitals.
