Accident on Brooklyn Ave
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Yesterday, Monday afternoon there was a accident on East New York Ave and Brooklyn Ave. An elderly Jewish male driver driving an older model Buick was rear ended by a Black male driving a Nissan sedan.
The Buick didn’t suffer any damage, but the Nissan suffered some heavy front end damage.
There were no injuries BH.

I heard somewhere that insurance companies are trying to stop automatic rear ender’s fault in these kinds of accidents. If this is true, it will lead to a lot of claims not being paid out because of he said/she said.
When my car was rear ended by a huge 15 passenger van it cost over $5000 + a rental for 3 weeks. I couldn’t have afforded that.
