And remember: we did not “get” Israel because of the Shoah. The Shoah happened because there was no Israel.
In the end, the world loves dead Jews: the black-and-white WWII Jews who stand quietly by the pits, waiting to be shot. The world builds beautiful monuments and memorials to those Jews and holds lovely ceremonies where everyone says “Never again!” but no-one means it.
And when the Jews of Israel stand up and make “Never again!” more than just a hollow slogan, the world condemns. The world will condemn us and we will survive, B”H!

I agree with Ruth. As a Christian I may have a difference of opinion on the Messiah. However, I do firmly believe the world represents evil and therefore stands against God’s chosen people. This has been proven time and time again.
I pray that God continues to watch over Israel and continues to provide the appropriate guidance in order to protect its people.
