While I am familiar with the details of the Rubashkin case… I have to comment that the person/company who put together this video did an AMAZING job!

Obama has no power what so ever over the supreme court. Instead of petitioning him about what to tell the supreme court, you can petition him for clemency or the likes. This time they cannot answer (as they did about the last petition) that they have to let it run through the court system, as it is basically at the very top of the court system…
