Sometimes we daven and wonder why Hashem is not answering our tefilos. Hashem knows that a Rabbi does not need to be concerned about anesthetics for his patient, etc. Same holds true for us in our prayers.
May we be willing to accept what the Aibershter gives us as only He knows what is best for us.
