nasal spray
where can we buy the nasal spray?
Ushmartem is Docheh YES, but docheh is not the same as to abolish forever
if it were proven conclusively (by halachacally recognized medical experts) that BRIS MILA itself is dangerous to the life of a baby, then Halacha itself would then mandate to postpone the procedure indefinitely until such point that a safe way has been found. (Rambam states this explicitly re jaundice etc, “you cannot bring back a dead baby, but you can always bring back bris”)

Bris milah is dangerous, and before the modern era it was much more dangerous, and it was known to all that babies died because of milah, and yet nobody dreamed of “postponing it indefinitely”. Only if there is a heightened risk for a particular baby, which rises well above the normal and acceptable level of risk, do we postpone or waive milah for that baby.
