    BH we dont need to be “taught” how to approach a not yet frum Jew.
    If anything, this video does not put all the “kiruv” organizations in a very positive light.
    If you REALLY believe in yourself and in what you are doing, you would have no problem immediately going over to the gentleman on the bus…..

    Hi MN, but we are very fortunate to not have that problem, as where many Yidden do have this difficulty. I think its beautiful that they took a stand to really help show others how to do Kiruv, how to be approachable, and how to approach. Now we can all come together, one Am for MOSHIACH!

    what a dumb, nerve wracking video. And in typical misnagdishe form it end most depressing…these people need to add JOY into their lives. Show a video with unabashed, untainted children being freindly, not that will be inspiring…not some middle aged sad soul who has no confidence…

  • the key to opening = Tefilin

    the reason Chabadnikim do not have this problem is not that we are so great and so refined, and so on. it is because the Rebbe told us you start with Mizvtaim. in this case – if they guy knew all he had to do was use Tefilin as an opener -it is much easier. even if the guy refuses, you start discussing why and what and so on. these guys are not trained.

    Reading the comments posted here, it sounds like you al just joined Chabad and feel superiorly prouder snd ebtter than other Yidden. If you were true chassidim of the Rebbe, I doubt such vitriol would be spewed. Wake up, shem zich! The Rebbe epitomosed unconditional Ahavas Yisreol. You bashing comments are the complete antithesis to Chabad.

    Why are you all asking for credit? I dont understand why every time there is a video or article about non-lubavitchers people feel the need to write nasty and degrading comments. And to everyone saying that it isnt hard approaching others, maybe for you it isnt, but for some Lubavitcher it still is a little hard…dont be so self righteous, as if we are the only ones who are allowed to do mivtzoyim. So it took them forever to catch onto it, but why should we put down other jews who arent lubavtich doing mivtzoyim??
