Chol hamoed, not a fast day
It's Not a Fast Day
This has to be Chm”d (Chol HaMoed) Pesach or Sukkos, bec on all the fast days except T”B (Tisha B’Av) we wear Tallis & Tfillin, in this pic there is only Tallis, & the only time we wear a Tallis without Tfillin & that u could take pics is on Chm”d, so correction this isn’t a fast day, but u could use the pic for Shabbos Chm”d Sukkos !! Anyone know what year this is please ?
