Photos: Russian Chief Rabbinate Has New Headquarters

A magnificent new building which will house the offices of Russia’s Chief Rabbinate, headed by Rabbi Berel Lazar, was dedicated in Moscow.

Present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony were many rabbis, dignitaries and members of the Jewish community, both local and from throughout Europe.

Guests of honor were Chief Sephardic Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, and former Chief Ashkenazic Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yisroel Meir Lau.
