The Grand Banquet Concludes the Weekend Long Kinus Talmidai HaShluchim in Miami, Florida

The final part of the day was when the group headed to The Shul, Chabad of Bal Harbour for the grand banquet, the final segment of the trip. A news article which just states plain dry facts cannot do justice to describe the warm feelings of friendship and closeness which were prevalent in the room. The evening was opened with a video of the Rebbe, followed by speeches from Rabbi Avraham Korf head Shliach of Florida followed by his son Rabbi Benjy Korf who spoke about Hatzlacha coming from the Rebbe.

Rabbi Ciment addressed the Bochurim, he expounded on the fact that the Rebbe is Meyakar the Shluchim, drawing from his experience in arranging the Sefer Hashluchim

The Shluchim were treated to a surprise speaker, Rabbi Joseph Wineberg, who spoke heartfelt words about the importance of Davening properly and not Chapping the words.

Rabbi Shalom Ber Lipskier spiritual leader of THE SHUL gave a bombshell of a speech speaking sincerely to the point, emphasizing the importance of being a true sincere person.

After benching the Bochurim enjoyed a Farbrengen with Rabbi Shalom Ber Lipskier, and Rabbi Yisroel Spalter from Chabad of Weston. Rabbi Spalter Farbrenged about the Inyan of having a true love for the Rebbe, like one who truly yearns for his fathers house which is the Inyan of Menashe.The farbrenges lasted deep into the night.

All in all the Kinus was a huge amazing success. It is without a doubt that all the Shluchim who attended are leaving with new vigor and Chayus to carry them through the rest of the year. An Amazing Yasher Koach goes to the Vaad Talmidei Hatmimim Haolami for arranging the entire event, as well as to the Shluchim of Miami, and all Shluchim that helped make the event a true success.

    What a nice job well done by the vaad. Every shliach i spoke to said it was “mechaye maisim” and much neeeded. However it would be a good idea to make it around yud shvat in or near c.h., so that the bochurim do not have to spend an extra 200 to 300 dollars on top of their tickets to new york for yud shvat.
