Miami Yeshiva Bochurim Enjoy S. Florida Shabbaton

47 Bochurim from the Zal Yeshiva in Miami enjoyed a meaningful and inspiring Shabbaton with the community in Ft. Myers, Florida and were hosted by Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida.

Lead by their Mashpia, Rabbi Velvel Lipsker, the group made the 2 and a half hour trip down to Ft. Myers, Florida where they were hosted by local Shluchim Rabbi Yitzchok and Nechamie Minkowicz.

After arriving Friday afternoon the Bochurim enjoyed the Chabad Houses swimming pool, followed by preparations for Shabbos.

Friday Night the Bochrim Davened with the Community and Rabbi Lipskar shared a Dvar Torah with the Community, followed by a Lavish Seudat Shabbat in the Main Foyer of Chabad House. Several Bochrim shared Divrei Torah that continued on into a very meaningful and inspirational Farbrengen with Rabbi Minkowicz till midnight.

Shabbat morning started off with a Shiur in Chasidus by Rabbi Minkowicz followed by Davening and a grand Kiddush that led into a Farbrengen with local Balei Batim that went till 4:00pm, which continued in the Shluchims house until 6:00pm.

At the Farbrengen the Bochurim took on a Hachlata to Learn one of the Rebbes Igros Kodesh every day for the next two weeks.

Shabbos concluded with Mincha, a Seder Nigunim, Mariv and Havdalah which was followed by a grand outdoor barbeque and night swim.
