Geeked Out: Shliach’s Google Glass Tefillin Booth
PALO ALTO, CA — Shliach Rabbi Dov Greenberg broke out some ‘geekness’ to enticed students to stop by the “Google Glass Tefillin Stand” and put on Tefillin. Hundreds of fascinated students stopped by to check it out, while dozens seized the opportunity and put on Tefillin.
The catch was, you would put on the Tefillin and then be able to put on the Google Glass and see the prayer/blessing you would say when you place these on yourself.
“Its a Great way of bringing the world to a better place by doing good deeds and bringing Technology closer to us not in our hands” commented a user of Google+.
