Son Returns to Refurbish Glasgow Mikvah
Although he left Glasgow for Yeshiva in Israel 19 years ago, lived in USA for almost 16 years Sholom Jacobs has never forgotten his Glasgow roots.
Sholom and Pessy support numerous charitable causes in USA and around the world. Besides helping to support the work of Lubavitch in Glasgow he recently wanted to do something in the wider Glasgow community.
After discussion with Malcolm Livingstone chairman of the Mikve Finance committee who told him the Mikve needed redecorating, together they gave a very generous donation from their Charitable Foundation to pay for the renovations.
