Sukka at Fire Station

On Chol Hamoed Sukkot Rabbi Chesky Tenenbaum, who is a Chaplain at the Rockville Fire Dept. arranged for a Sukka to be put up at the local Fire Station.

Close to 15 firefighters got to do Mitzvah Lulav and Esrog and also enjoyed kosher pizza. The President and Deputy Fire Chief of the RVFD who are both Jewish also participated in the event and also did Mitzvah Lulav. One Firefighter remarked that the last time he was in a Sukka, was over 20 years ago.

The event was arranged in conjunction with Chabad of Upper Montgomery County.
