Alternate Side Parking Resumes Tuesday

After its suspension for about two weeks following a heavy snowstorm, Alternate Side Parking Rules will resume today, Tuesday, February 10, throughout New York City.

    Not that they cleaned the streets, not that they removed the snow, not that they picked up garbage…
