Montreal Girls’ School Hosts Chanukah Carnival
Beth Rivkah of Montreal hosted its 44th annual Grand Chanukah Carnival. Hundreds of children from Montreal and surrounding areas enjoyed the beautiful carnival, which included an original Chanukah puppet show, many exciting and fun booths, and giant inflatable bouncing games.
All the children received free cotton candy, dreidels and Chanukah Gelt. They were also treated to an amazing “magic” show and balloon sculpting.
A video clip of an International Chanukah Lighting with the Rebbe was shown. Many prizes were distributed and raffled off.
Rabbi Yosef Minkowitz, principal of Beth Rivkah, thanked the High School G.O. heads, Tzivi Wenger and Rosie Treitel, the 11th grade the rest of the high school, and the building manager, Shlomi Lison, for their tremendous help in making this event a reality.
