New Torah for French Speakers Welcomed at 770
A new Sefer Torah was completed and dedicated to the French-speaking Jewish community of New York. The new scroll was joyously welcomed in 770 on Sunday, 4 Tammuz.
The Francophone Jewish community of New York (CCF) is directed by Rabbi Mikhael and Esther Cohen.
