  I was there Shabbos. The food – Gashmiyus – was amazing. Pity the Ruchniyus part was very disorganized.

  Next time please arrange for Mashpiyim to Farbrang in an organized fashion for everyone to participate.

  Instead you had hundreds of bored souls an entire Shabbaos wasting their time.

  To each their own! As the Rebbe once said “A Rebbe gives you the match its your job to ignite it!” Btw. as the Rebbe explains in the Sicha of Yud Shevat 5714 that just being in the proximity of the Nossi HaDor gives you strength in your service of the Almighty. So all is not lost!

  #2 is correct in the fact that no one was really farbrenging. But there are 2 points to consider
  1) nobody has to really do anything. The amazing services that were provided by those who did provide voluntarily were amazing and a huge amount of gratitude is due. Taser koiach
  2) and this is perhaps the real point. Er have to come to grips with the fact that there are very few noel mashpiim around. I dropped by a few farbrenging and nothing of content was to e had
  It is an inherent problem in our large group. And we are now dealing with that lack
