So sad, is this the bus driver whose bus was burned by those black thugs?
No one has mentioned her music abilities!
Mrs. Yavich, a”h, was a truly gifted musician! At a N’Shei event a few years back, I saw a short Chabad film that included her conducting children’s choirs in Russia. And here in America I had the pleasure of working with her for a music performance at a Russian N’Shei Chabad event several years ago. It was such a joy to listen to her play piano!
And she wasn’t just another person who could play piano; she was a magnificently talented and trained collaborative musician, who, like some others in the community, gave most of it up (I think she did teach piano privately) and she focused on being a devoted eishes chayil for her family.
She brought so much life into her music that it is a double shock that she became so ill and she is no longer with us in a body. Surely she is with the heavenly choirs and other musicians in shamayim now, please Hashem!
