Boruch Dayan Hoemes: Rabbi Motty Gal, OBM

With great sadness and pain we inform you of the untimely passing of yet another member of the Rebbe’s army: Rabbi Motty Gal, OBM, head Shliach to Ramat Gan, Israel. He was 62 years old.

Rabbi Gal succumbed this morning to Yeneh Machlah, from which he had been suffering for several years.

Despite his debilitating illness and constant treatments, Rabbi Gal continued to perform his duties as a Shliach of the Rebbe with the utmost of vigor, never allowing his terminal illness to slow down his activities in the posh suburb of Tel Aviv.

The Levaya will take place this morning at his home in Ramat Gan, and his body will be accompanied from there to Har Hazeisim in Jerusalem for burial.
