Boruch Dayan Hoemes: Mrs. Chasiah Kudan, 47, OBM

With great sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Rebbetzin Chasiah Kudan, OBM, Shlucha to Hollywood, Florida, at the age of 47.

Mrs. Kudan succumbed to Cystic Fibrosis, a lung condition, for which she had received a double lung transplant 12 years ago.

She is survived by her husband, Rabbi Dovid Kudan, and children: Miri Rubin, Leibel, Yossi, Mendy, Sholom Ber, and Chana, as well as several grandchildren. She is also survived by her parents, Tevye and Chaya Robinson from Far Rockaway, NY, and her siblings: Gedalia, Yossi, Aryeh and Beila Helman.

The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Thursday, in New York. It will begin at Shomrei Hadas Chapels in Borough Park at 10:00am, and continue past 770 at 10:45am.
