PARIS, France [CHI] — Last night hundreds gathered to celebrate the annual grand Menorah lighting which took place in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

As the Rebbe says, “Open your eyes”. There are two additional candles on either side of the Shammis– making a total of 8 lights.
Have a lichtechen Chanukah!

I opened my eyes and noticed what you are referring to. But, from far you can hardly see them. They are so close to the center stick.
