Roving Rabbis Yosef Schtroks and Yaakov Kotlarsky, are coming to the end of there two weeks of Roving out in Surrey, BC, Canada. Over the last two weeks they have encountered Jews of all stripes and colors.
They have put on tefillin with many people who have never had the chance to put on before, and helped many put mezuzos on there doors.
One day they even set up a kosher display at a local Wal mart, raising Kosher Awareness int the area and taking advantage of a great way to meet Jewish people. All in all these two weeks have seen much Jewish activity in the Surrey, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, White Rock Area. And the Roving Rabbis hope that the flame of Judaism that has been kindled in the last two weeks remain aflame, and grow only stronger and warmer.
