Massive Display of Jewish Pride at Nazi Death Camp
Over 12,000 people from 42 countries participated today in the March of the Living, walking in a procession from Auschwitz to Birkenau to commemorate the more than 1 million victims of the infamous death camp, and the 6 million Jewish victims of the holocaust.
Among those in participation were several Shluchim from Poland and Hungary, accompanied by half a dozen Bochurim who set up a stand and helped many attendees put on Tefilin and say a prayer.
A new Sefer Torah was completed to honor the Jewish martyrs of Auschwitz, donated by Chilean-Jewish philanthropist Leo Farkas, who had previously donated seven Sifrei Torah to Chabad Centers worldwide during the last Kinus Hashluchim.

I feel that every Jew should feel obligated to make a pilgrimage at least once in their lives to Auschwitz. A place where so many holy Jews died al Kiddush Hashem to keep their memory alive
