OK Kosher Launches App for Checking and Cleaning Produce

OK rabbis recently reviewed the washing and checking procedures for various produce, including strawberries, scallions, mint and basil. Based on what they found the launched an App and published a guide to make the process simple and easy.

Upon initial inspection, the Rabbis found many insects in the produce, but after cleaning according to the published OK guidelines, all the produce was found to be completely clean.

The OK Vegetable Checking Guide is available free of charge and can be downloaded from our website, picked up from the OK Offices at 391 Troy Avenue, or downloaded to your smartphone through the AppStore and GooglePlay.
