I am a neighbor who lives on the same block as Rabbi Weiner. And am always impressed that he never fails to say hello and with a (geniune)smile. A true chosid.

He was awarded for all of the work he does for everyone. I doubt anyone has ever heard him say “Sorry, I can’t help you, it’s not my job.”
