Teen Killed in Fall from Four-Story Building
A 15-year-old boy was killed Thursday afternoon when he tried to jump from one rooftop to another in Crown Heights. It appeared that he had been playing a game of tag, police said.
The boy, identified as Tyrek Riley, was trying to jump from the roof of 1153 President St. to the next-door roof. He did not make it, and fell four stories to the ground.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
