hah
hipicrets they tell us not to drink and drive only problem is they do it themselves.
Amen
He was getting ready for Lag-Bomer. Whats wrong with that. He was helping putting up the balloons for the Moshiach parade. They needed a car to stand on to put up the balloons. Think positive, why think drunk.

The “illustration photo” is misleading…
Gevald!
This is unbelievable! New York’s Finest? Ya gotta be kidding!

I Drive drunk all the time and i never crash stupid cop
Car
It sounds like it was his own car, not a patrol car.
by the way
By the way, he did the right thing by refusing the breathalyzer. Though I would discourage anyone from driving under the influence, if you get stopped DO NOT agree to a breathalyzer. It’s results are enforceable in court whereas refusal to take a breathalyzer is not accepted in court as proof of non sobriety, so if you get caught refuse the test and ask for a lawyer immediately.
a driver and pedestrian
Bottom line – do not drive drunk or buzzed, cop or civilian. You put yourselves and others at extreme risk.
Ari
I hope this cop will At Least Get the Same Punishment a civilian will get for driving drunk

I don’t know about NY, but in NJ: “If you refuse a Breathalyzer test, you will face the same loss of driving privileges as a DUI offense.” (http://www.nj.gov/mvc/Viola…)
Anita Corleon
Are you stating that he stopped at a bar to drink while on duty?????
