1 Person Shot In Franklin Ave Subway Station
One person was shot in the Franklin Ave subway station Tuesday afternoon. The motive of the shooting is unknown, and the NYPD are investigating the incident.

The incident occurred at 5:12pm in the Franklin Ave Subway station on the corner of Eastern Parkway. Reports of two shots were fired and were confirmed by police officers, who arrived just minutes later in response to a 911 call.
Witnesses reported the shooter was a man, who after shooting, fled down Eastern Parkway towards Rogers Ave.
One man was found shot in the ankle, and was treated by EMS, and transported to the hospital.
The motive of the shooting remains unknown, and the NYPD are investigating the incident.
