Why is this in crownheights.info?

I’d rather just give her the tools instead of having her steal them. I bet it’s connected to a drug habit. I live in an area with a low crime rate except when it comes to breaking into cars. Meth addicts are desperate to get anything they can pawn for a fix. The last time my car was broken into I didn’t even bother calling the police as there’s very little they can do except file a report. Our country needs to work on the drug addiction problem.
