CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — A bicycle riding serial pervert is roaming the streets of Crown Heights, and is accosting Jewish woman. Last night during the evening hours 4 woman were attacked, by being hit inappropriately, in the course of 20 to 30 minutes. One of them required medical attention, and was treated by Hatzalah.
Shomrim received calls from 4 different victims, all women of various ages, and the first one coming in at approximately 10:00pm on Tuesday evening, then again within 10 minutes of each other. Many Shomrim members responded to the call and quickly fanned out across the neighborhood in attempt to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
4 Women Assaulted Last Night

Shomrim received calls from 4 different victims, all women of various ages, and the first one coming in at approximately 10:00pm on Tuesday evening, then again within 10 minutes of each other. Many Shomrim members responded to the call and quickly fanned out across the neighborhood in attempt to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
One Shomrim member remained with the first victim and assisted with filing a police report, and while doing so police were immediately alerted to the additional incidents as they were happening. As Shomrim members patrolled a number of suspects were identified but could not be apprehended since there were no positive identifications.
The perpetrator was described as riding a bright colored short bike, wearing a long white t-shirt and dark color pants, and described to be in his late teens or early 20’s. This description matched somewhat that of the perpetrator in the Shabbos case in which women were attacked in a similar fashion.
After searching for over an hour, there was still no luck in finding the attacker. Police called for a level 1 mobilization in which additional police officers were called in to patrol the streets of Crown Heights, only it came more then two hours after the first assault.

I was one of the girls that it happened to, 2 shabbosim ago. make sure you go to the police and file a report because from the description, it sounds just like the same guy that hit me & the police are already on the lookout for him!

The victims should make sure the police put this as a sexual assault-if he hit them inappropriately. The police tend to lower the category of offenses. By having a higher category of offense, he may have to serve time, if arrested.

Please remember that the Rebbe said MANY times that women and girls should not walk alone at night. We eed to be scared c“v if that what it takes to listen to the Rebbe. He wasn’t saying it just for that day.
Remember also that in the summer, well let’s just say that those who have been cooped up all winter, are now ”enjoying” the summer weather. Since the summer was delayed, hopefully they are not trying to make up for lost time.

if our ladies dress (undress) the animal is aroused as animals are meant to be.. If the ladies will dress properly so as not to look like the goyim then they will be treated as a bas melech should be treated.
