Local Package Thief Arrested Thanks To The Quick Work of Crown Heights Shomrim

A package thief is in hot water after being caught red-handed in Crown Heights thanks to the quick work of Shomrim.

According to reports, Shomrim recieved a call from a resident of Empire Blvd in Crown Heights regarding a package stolen just moments before, and the thief was still nearby.

Volunteers quickly responded, tracking the package thief towards the area of Utica Ave where a canvassing volunteer identified the thief and kept an eye.

Minutes later, when police officers arrived, the volunteers were able to direct them to exactly where the thief was, where he was caught red-handed for his crimes.
