British Rabbi to Lead “Oy to Joy” in Four Weeks
Chabad.org invites you to an inspiring new four-week online course, “From Oy to Joy in Four Weeks,” designed to help individuals overcome feelings of being overwhelmed and discover the deep-seated Jewish perspective on happiness. The course will be led by the highly respected Rabbi Yitzchok Schochet, a member of the Chief Rabbi’s cabinet and rabbi of Mill Hill Synagogue in London, UK, who was named by The Jewish Telegraph as one of the ten most influential rabbis in the United Kingdom.
Recognizing that life’s many responsibilities often make happiness feel like an unaffordable luxury, the course aims to redefine joy as an attainable spiritual necessity,. Drawing on the timeless wisdom of the Torah, the program will provide powerful, practical ideas and tools to change participants’ lives for the better.
The four-week series is scheduled to begin on Thursday, January 8 (Tevet 19), with new episodes going live every Thursday at 7 p.m. Eastern.
