Crown Heights Yeshivos and Schools United for Community-Wide Public Menorah Lighting

In light of recent events, the Crown Heights community responded with unity, strength, and light.

All Crown Heights yeshivos and schools came together, כאיש אחד בלב אחד, to create a true Kiddush Hashem and to honor the Shluchim and families affected by the recent tragedy. What was initially planned as an individual school event was transformed into a powerful, community-wide gathering.

Following the Rebbe’s clear הוראה to gather for large public menorah lightings, Anash of Crown Heights united for a grand public menorah lighting, standing together with achdus. At a time when darkness sought to overwhelm, the Rebbe’s Schuna united as one to spread the light of Chanukah.

Cold, snow, or rain did not deter the community. The menorah was lit publicly and proudly, sending a clear message of strength.

As one community and with one shared light, Crown Heights gathered, united, strengthened, and undeterred.
