BDE: Reb Avrohom Selwyn, 86, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Reb Avrohom Selwyn OBM, a member of the London Chabad community and patriarch of a large Lubavitch family. He passed away on Wednesday, the 30th of Tishrei, 5786.

He was 86 years old.

He in survived by his wife Mrs. Q Selwyn, and children; Rabbi Yisroel Selwyn, (Crown Heights), Levi Selwyn (North Miami Beach, FL), Eli Selwyn (Los Angeles, CA), Mrs. Rochie Heiney (Yerusholayim, EY/Miami, FL), Mrs. Sterna Nerden (NW11, London UK),
Mrs. Sheina Silberstein (Montreal, Quebec), Mrs. Chaya Pinson (Crown Heights), Mrs. Farah Rosenblat (Boca Raton, FL), Nicha Selwyn, (Crown Heights), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The Levayoa will be taking place today, Thurday, at 2:45pm from 5 Ambrose Avenue NW11 9AP,
and will IY”H pass at 1:45 pm Lubavitch House, Stamford Hill on the way to Golders Green. The Burial will be at the Adath Yisroel Beis Ha’Chyim in Silver Street, Cheshunt, EN7 5JE.

Shiva will take place in London at 13 The Grove, NW11 9SJ.
