Paris Anash Welcome New Sefer Torah

A joyous celebration took place in the Chabad Shul in Paris on Sunday, as members of the community welcomed a new Sefer Torah to their midst.

The Sefer Torah was dedicated by the Ouaki, Estulin, Baruch, Zilberstein and Amar families, in memory of R’ Moshe Ben Shlomo, Mrs. Ayala Bas Rachel, R’ Boruch Sholom Ben Moshe and a young boy, Shmuel  Ben Boruch Sholom Ouaki, OBM.
