Photos: Kapporos in Moscow Before Sunrise
Hundreds of Jews began streaming into the yard of the Central Marina Roscha Shul in Moscow in the wee hours of the morning for Kapporos. A team of shochtim, who were appointed by the Chief Rabbinate of Russia, awaits them at all hours.
After shacharis, many went over to the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Berl Lazar to ask him for lekach. About four hundred students from the Chabad Educational Institutions of Moscow were among them.
Tonight, when Yom Kippur will descend upon Moscow, there will be dozens of minyanim throughout the city. In the central Marina Roscha shul alone, the gabbaim are expecting over two thousand people.

That's it!!
If leveiv holds the chicken’s legs during kaporos i think i might too. That might be the secret to his success.
Awesome!!

I would like to wish Rabbi Berl Lazer and the Moscow Russia community Garmer Chasmia Tovah
