Burn Victim, 8, Returns Home After Treatment in US

Shturem

The Galperin and Rosenberg families celebrated a teary and emotional homecoming for Leizer Galperin, who suffered serious burn wounds after a home fire in Nachlas Har Chabad. After two long years of difficult – but Boruch Hashem successful – medical treatments in Cincinnati, Ohio, Leizer and family returned home to Eretz Yisroel.

Leizer was greeted at Ben Gurion Airport by his cousin, Moishy Holtzberg, son of kedoshim R’ Gabi and Rivky Holtzberg, HYD, sole survivor of the Mumbai massacre.

Leizer is now able to walk and run, thanks to prosthetic limbs, and was seen running happily in the airport lobby to the waiting arms of his excited family members.

Boruch Hashem!! He should have a complete refuah and the family should know no more tzaar.

Hate to bring politics up but this is just one more reminder to get Obama the heck out of the White House in November.

Leizer’s recovery is thanks to the American healthcare system that Obama has tried to undermine. He was considered hopeless L”A in EY. The system in EY is very much like Obamacare – forced insurance, one-size-fits all etc. Leizer is not the only patient from EY whose outcome would have been much different had he been treated there.

  • thank you
