Pre-Dawn Chasidus Shiur Takes Off in Miami Beach
Every morning before the sun rises over South Florida, several members of Anash come together at the Beis Menachem Shul in Miami Beach for a Shiur on the Alter Rebbe’s Torah Ohr.
The new program was organized by Ziv Tamir, and is L’zeicher Nishmas Shneur Zalman ben Yomtov Ariel v’Zohar.
The program begins at 6:00am sharp, and is geared for every and any person who is interested in dwelling in the secrets of the Torah. The Shiur is delivered by Rabbi Gilad, and is followed by Beis Menachem’s 7:00am Shachris Minyan.
Rabbi Leibel Schapiro, Rov of Beis Menachem and the local Chabad community, has strongly encouraged and voiced support for this new program.
“Rabbi Gilad is well versed in Torah Ohr and is a pleasure to learn with,” said one Shiur participant. “No question is ever taken for granted, and he is an exciting person to learn with.”

Miami has always been a wonderful and sometimes surprising source of Torah. Chassidishkite has once again proved to shine brighter in Miami – overcoming the challenges and materialism that are apparent in a place like South Beach, the Rebbe’s message lives. Good work Ziv, and nice touch with the cereal & milk ; )
