Brooklyn Club Transformed to Benefit Camp FREE

In Honor of the 28th of Sivan, the famous Brooklyn Club – OPM – was once again transformed into a beautiful dinner benefiting Camp F.R.E.E.’s Gan Israel Scholarship Fund. Prominent businessmen and professionals were entertained by the stand-up comedian Joel Chasnoff who spent a year in Israeli army and shared many hilarious stories from his experience with the great crowd.

Gourmet buffet dinner and exquisite sushi bar by Sushi Spot II of Crown Heights complemented well the perfect array of kosher wine and spirits.

Friends were recognized with awards in appreciation for their loyal support of the vital camp activities.

Many attendees were campers at Camp F.R.E.E. years ago when their families immigrated from the Former Soviet Union. They shared their stories and experiences. Today they recognize that when they were little someone helped sponsor the camp for them, and now they want to help the next generation.

It is the generosity of people like this that enables Camp F.R.E.E.- Gan Israel to continue its energetic work and ensure that Jewish children will attend Jewish camps.

Camp F.R.E.E. – Gan Israel is part of the largest and fastest growing network of Jewish Camps in the world.

Every year hundreds of Jewish children attend F.R.E.E.’s summer and winter camps thanks to the help of people like you!
