New Mini-Site Launched for 70 Years

70 years ago, after narrowly escaping the Nazi onslaught in Europe, the Rebbe and the Rebbetzin arrived to the United States of America on the 28th day of Sivan.

The Frierdiker Rebbe appointed his newly arrived son-in-law to head the social and educational arms of Chabad-Lubavitch. Thus began the Rebbe’s decades-long revolutionary work to revitalize Jewish life in the Western Hemisphere and across the globe.

Chabad.org heavyweights Rabbis Shais Taub and Dovid Zaklikowski contributed to a new mini-site commemorating this special day on the Jewish calendar.
