Camp Machne Mamosh Celebrate Charlie Buttons Day!

Campers at camp Machne Mamosh, Lubavitch Yeshivah Day Camp, celebrate Buttons Charlie Day.

Ever imagine what the world would be like with more than one Charlie around? Well that’s what it was last Friday at Machne Mamosh Day Camp. Campers of all ages came to camp dressed up as “Charlie” all competing for the best Charlie award and in celebration of Charlie Day.

More pictures and a video in the Extended Article!

Charlie Day is celebrated annually at the camp but for the first time, this year there was a very special guest visitor; Charlie Buttons, who came to show his support and to cheer on the campers on this special day. Charlie welcomed all the campers to camp and then gave his blessing for a successful summer. The campers all learned the Charlie speech and had lots of fun. The highlight of the day was when Charlie himself said the speech while the campers all cheered on “Say Yechi, Charlie”

The very best Charlies (as seen in the pictures) had their picture taken with the real Charlie. But when asked who was the best Charlie almost every camper agreed that Charlie Button is the best Charlie.

    To Yaakov Moishe:

so, now they encourage people to say stupid things? C’mon, think before you write something like that, it will take a bit longer to write something, but trust me its worth the time, because you don’t get these kind of comments thrown back at you when you write something smart!

    Go Charley! Keep it up!
