Staff of CGI NY to Release CD of Camp Songs

A number of staff members along with a few campers who spent the summer in Camp Gan Israel Parksville, NY have been recording a CD featuring the summer’s most popular camp songs.

The staff who are involved include Zalmy Schreiber, Sholom Leiberman, Ari Raskin, Nachum Schapiro, and Shimon Gorkin. The CD’s expected release date is Yud Shvat.

    i hear from undisclosed sources (shhhh)that meir rivkin has begun work on his video trailer for the new cd. cant be too much longer i guess.

    Zalmy ans sholom are an amazing team. They have been making music together since they were kids…. Starting with the l”chaim band in 6th grade……(And you thought thee world would forget) to all the times you played together at chabad houses across the country. you guys were great then and you become true stars since then. I’m looking forward to hearing the CD. I love camp songs.they remind me of when I was a camper and staff member before I went on shlichus with my wife..

    that’a great here in Brazil Rabbi David Waitman already did this and is beautiful.hatzlach for you guys.My son is solo singer in 2 songs of course in portuguese but the songs are wonderful.
