SUV Flips Onto Sidewalk, Minor Injuries Reported

CROWN HEIGHTS — An out of control SUV speeding down Nostrand Avenue lost control, rolled onto its side and ended up sliding onto a sidewalk. Luckily no pedestrians were there and the only minor injuries were to the occupants of the vehicle.
The accident occurred at around 11:45pm near the intersection of Nostrand and Lefferets Avenue.
The occupants of the vehicle freed themselves from the wreckage and EMS transported them to local hospitals. NYPD Emergency Services Unit pulled the SUV off the sidewalk, then flipped it back over.
