Pedestrian Struck and Injured in Hit and Run
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A woman was injured after she was struck by a minivan on Eastern Parkway. The vehicle stopped briefly, and then fled the scene.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Brooklyn Avenue and Eastern Parkway at around 2:00pm.
A bystander witnessed the accident managed to jot down the license plate of the vehicle and noted that the driver was a black male. Hatzalah was the first on scene and treated the victim, a black woman, who sustained back, hip and leg injuries from the impact.
Police filed an accident report and put out a notification that they were searching for the vehicle that fled the scene.
huh?
Was she crossing @ the cross walk?
I-d like to know
As always, Hatzalah is there first. Where is Al Sharpton to thank these dam Jews?
Where are the local Black leaders like Karim Camara, Letitia James, Yvette Clarke? Do they ever honor or recognize the work our volunteers do to help THEIR people?
Moreover…do the VICTIMS ever give so much as a thank you???

If you ever hit someone, do not run. You turn an accident into a crime by doing that.
??
why would hatzala respond ??!!
Cheeseburger
These days we just don’t respect peoples privacy. Next time (hopefully never), blur out the victim etc. Hope the lady recovers fast, and runner gets caught.
You Should be Proud of Yourselves
Thank you Hatzalah, you have made a great Kiddush Hashem!
ld
she got hit by a late model gray honda mini van and a car service guy got the plate number she cross by the cross walk.
To number 3
It may have been a crime already – unlicensed driver, drunk driver, stolen car, etc.

i hope the photography wouldnt blot out intentionally pictures taken of the presence of our local police force
Bad username
Certain people need to see who the victim is and who is helping her despite not being from the community and being a victim of one of her own. That picture needs to be e-mailed to every black politician in all five boros.

to #4 you are the problem!!
Nobody
To #8 – it may have been, but odds are it isn’t as bad as you think it is. Except for drunk driving, the penalty for leaving the scene where there was “serious personal injury” is worse than the things you mentioned.
cle
we will get our thanks when it comes. Meanwhile, we will and must, do what is right, just, and appropriate. Help another human being and G-d helps in His time.
rosei
who ever wrote down dam jews i think u should think verry well b/f writing something
Be Careful
You should be careful with those first few pictures, tomorrow there’s gonna be a headline over those pictures on the Sharpton and co websites: ‘Black Woman assaulted by diamond dealers’.

Stop with the race remarks. Just hope she is ok, and let that be the end of it!!!!

I think legally they have to if they are called. And I believe morally as well. It’s the right thing to do. Even though the black community doesn’t support our charities, we have to help them in emergencies as this may have been.
