Minivan Full with Kids Involved in an Accident
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — In the second snow related accident in less than 7 hours, a minivan full with children on their way to school skidded on ice and collided with a double parked van, and a parked car. B”H there was no injuries.
The incident took place on Carroll Street near the intersection of Albany Avenue at around 9:15am. The van was driven by the children’s mother, all of whom did not suffer any injuries.
One person sitting in the passenger seat of the double parked van complained of back pain, he was transported by EMS to Kings County Hospital.

Imagine how many ‘accident victims’ wouldn’t end up in emergency rooms if there were no free reign of injury lawyers in the courtrooms.
