Land confiscation by Israel should be a penalty/cost of terrorist attacks because jail time may not work with those who seek Jihad and martyrdom. Although land confiscation is collective, the individual terrorist attacks are collective in nature since it is for the Pali cause, not just the individual terrorist.

The world recognized Israel but the problem is the Arab world didn’t recognize Israel. and Israel never recognized the land won in 1967 as belonging to Israel and Israel begged the Arabs to stay, who were about to flee..
