Gad Elbaz Sings for Rabbi Yitzi Hurwitz

In a touching video, singer Gad Elbaz sings his rendition of the prayer “Mizmor L’David” for Rabbi Yitzi Hurwitz at his home.

Rabbi Yitzi Hurwitz, a husband and father of seven, is the spiritual leader at Chabad Jewish Center in Temecula, California. He has been rendered immobile and on a ventilator by ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Unable to speak or type, he uses his eyes to write heartfelt thoughts on the weekly Torah portion.
